Member Testimonials and Review

I joined the members website when it began its grand opening in May 2005 and in just over 2 months time (July 2005), after using the tools and information provided, lost 20 lbs! I could not believe how a few harmless changes i needed to make in my life lead to such amazing results.
I absolutely praise the WLWC people for starting this website and for providing such a safe place to come to. I highly recommend the guides to eating and fitness in the members site. They helped me immensely. My coaching sessions have been really helpful too and I feel like I have made an exceptional friend and mentor of my coach. Thanks ladies for opening up a safe, supportive and down to earth place for real people with real weight issues and life issues to come to. I feel so much at home. I plan to stick around for a long time and be as supportive of other members successes like you have been for me. Thanks WLWC ladies!!

I am very impressed with you website, the articles and information and especially the personal sharing of your stories. It's refreshing to have a place like this to see reality when it comes to weight loss efforts. You get an A++ in my books. I bookmarked your site so I can come back and be inspired.

"An
epidemic of overweight and obesity is threatening Ontario’s health. I am
alarmed to report that, in 2003, almost one out of every two adults in
Ontario was overweight or obese. Between, 1981 and 1996, the number of
obese children in Canada between the ages of seven and 13 tripled. This is
contributing to a dramatic rise in illnesses such as type 2 diabetes,
heart disease, stroke, hypertension and some cancers." ~Exerpt from
"Message from Ontario's Chief Medical Officer Sheela Basrur~
